Buddha bowls are the perfect easy meal! They are quick (especially if you’ve prepped some ingredients beforehand), nourishing, and satisfying. Simply mix and match based on your favorite ingredients and what you have on hand!

Buddha bowls or grain bowls are exactly what they sound like - a bowl with a base of whole grains and/or mixed greens, topped with a variety of delicious and nutritious toppings! Buddha bowls have been trending for years but make great alternatives to traditional salads and are adaptable to many cuisine and diet styles. They can fit all tastes and nutritional needs.

With busy schedules, most of us moms feel like we’re losing our minds trying to come up with 3 meals a day, especially when it comes to our own personal meals. It’s hard to stop mid-day and nourish ourselves with a healthy meal! Many of us also get in a meal planning rut and are running out of ideas for creative and healthy meals! But with a little planning and prep time we can have all the ingredients ready to throw together a nutrient rich, hearty meal in a matter of just a few minutes. I’m going to provide you with my tried-and-true formula for creating the perfect grain bowls that will cater to everyone’s tastes! I’m also including my all-time favorite Maple Tahini Dressing Recipe that truly goes well with almost any combination of ingredients!
